Instructions
1. Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead and your legs straight.
2. Engage your core and lift your shoulders and legs off the floor, creating a hollow position with your body. Your lower back should remain pressed into the floor.
3. Crunch your upper body towards your legs, bringing your arms toward your shins.
4. Slowly return to the hollow position, keeping your shoulders and legs off the floor.
5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
