A challenging core exercise that strengthens your abs, lower back, and shoulders using an ab wheel or barbell.
Instructions
1. Start on your knees with the ab wheel on the floor in front of you.
2. Grip the handles of the ab wheel firmly.
3. Slowly roll the wheel forward, keeping your core tight and your back straight.
4. Roll out as far as you can while maintaining control and good form.
5. Pull the wheel back toward your knees to return to the starting position.
6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
