A shoulder exercise named after Arnold Schwarzenegger that targets all three deltoid heads for full shoulder development.
Instructions
1. Sit on a bench with back support and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Start with the dumbbells in front of your shoulders, palms facing your body.
3. Rotate your wrists as you press the dumbbells upward, so your palms face forward at the top.
4. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, reversing the wrist rotation.
5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
