A compound exercise that targets the back, lats, and biceps, helping to build upper body strength.

Instructions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grip a barbell with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. 2. Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and chest up. 3. Let the barbell hang at arm's length just below your knees. 4. Pull the barbell toward your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. 5. Lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled motion. 6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
